land owners to become professional Free Range or Organic egg producers.

John Bowlers:

• Explain the workings of the company and demonstrate existing working farms
• Advise on the suitable locations to site a free range egg production unit
• Prepare cash flow projections to see what the theoretical borrowings and profitability could be
• Organise the planning application for the egg production unit and, if required, the associated mobile home
• Help sort planning conditions
• Give a long term contract to buy back your entire egg production
• Assist with organising the borrowings for the new venture
• Supply references, if required, from our Free Range Egg Producers
• Help organise the site infrastructure e.g. roadways, electric, water, if required
• Supply the egg production unit and the equipment, or convert a suitable existing traditional farm building
• Organise the supply of pullets, the removal of the birds alive at the end of lay, and the supply and removal of all future replacement flocks
• Supply all the expertise and support to make the new venture successful, and more importantly, to keep it successful
• Organise the regular collection of your eggs, and more importantly, regular payment for them
• Give computer support and training, and link our office to the farm to monitor the production and profitability of you egg production unit(s)
• Endeavour to troubleshoot potential problems, and assist with any problems that do occur associated with the egg production on the farm, and anything that affects it.
