The accepted labour and bird welfare requirements to manage one of our units justifies the submission with an application for permission to construct a Unit and an application for a mobile home for use in conjunction with the Unit. Once the Unit has been in operation for approximately 3 years an application for a permanent dwelling will usually be successful.

We obtain planning permission on approximately 90% of our applications.
